Our web-based file upload is available! Please follow instructions below.

All files and/or folders placed on our ftp site should be sent as either “.sit”, “.sitx” or “.zip” files, using some compression utility to keep files from becoming corrupt or damaged.

The maximum number of characters used in file names should be 16.

Note: You can also upload manually to our ftp server. Be aware that it is better to use an ftp client such as “Fetch” or “Transmit” to place files on our ftp site. Internet browsers sometimes may not connect properly. Please be sure to tell us the specific name of the files so they can be easily identified. Please call your sales rep or a customer service representative to obtain our ftp information.

File upload instructions:

1. Fill in your Name, Email and Phone.
2. In the Comments box list the file names you will be uploading, your sales reps name and any instructions.
3. Click Upload Files.
4. On the next page you can list up to 6 files to upload.
5. Once you select the files you want to upload click on Upload Files.
