Steel City Displays was looking to produce large super hero graphics. Click for high resolution photo.

Challenge: A super hero graphic had to be created at 5’w x 10’ h. It need to be double sided, and made of a durable sturdy material so it could stand tall when attached to the top of their display booth.

Solution: QCI utilized two of our new technologies to provide them a graphic that exceeded expectation. We first printed directly to a 5’ x 10’ sheet of die bond, an aluminum based panel, on our Press Vu 200. We then took the sheet and precision cut the super hero out on our i-cut digital router.

Conclusion: The graphic was such a hit they ordered more of them following their trade show.
